Return Policy — Americandollz

At Americandollz, we want every order to bring you joy and confidence. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is made to be simple, fair, and stress-free.

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

  1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 120 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, and free of odors such as perfume or smoke, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging if possible.

Exceptions include personalized or custom-made items, final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked), and hygiene-related products such as undergarments. These cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

  1. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@americandollz.com with your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos (required for defective or damaged items).

You’ll receive a reply within one business day with your return authorization and instructions.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

For change-of-mind returns, we’ll offer a free prepaid label as a courtesy for your first return per order. If additional returns occur, cost-sharing or customer-paid shipping may apply — we’ll always explain your options clearly.

  1. Return Process

Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging. Attach the return label we send you, then drop it off at the designated carrier location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Once your return arrives at our facility, we’ll inspect it within 48 hours and notify you by email.

  1. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

If you simply need a different size or style, we’ll help arrange an exchange order. If the replacement costs more, we’ll charge the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@americandollz.com immediately with photos and order details.

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs. If a replacement is available, we’ll ship it to you at no additional charge.

  1. Lost Returns & Tracking

Always save your return tracking number. If your package is lost in transit, contact both the carrier and our support team. We’ll help initiate an investigation and assist with recovery or replacement.

  1. International Orders

This policy applies to U.S. orders. If you are returning from outside the U.S., shipping costs and procedures may differ. Please email us for personalized instructions.
