At Americandollz, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund process is transparent, timely, and designed to ensure every customer feels valued and protected.

1. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, usually within 48 hours of arrival, approved refunds are processed within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund on your account.

2. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds go back to the same account. Orders paid with gift cards or store credit will be refunded as store credit or reissued upon request.

If the returned item shows signs of use, wear, or missing tags, a partial refund may be issued. We will clearly communicate any adjustments before processing.

3. Refunds for Exchanges

If you exchange an item and the replacement costs more, we’ll charge the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance to your original payment method.

4. Processing Delays

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of approval. However, bank or card processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Personalized or custom-made products, final-sale or clearance items, and hygiene-related items cannot be refunded unless defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, fulfillment may begin and cancellation might not be possible.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, reshipping costs may apply.
